We submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. In most cases, what we do is covered by insurance. In some cases the best care options are not covered. However, it is important that we do not allow restrictions in benefits to be a determining factor for care. We help you afford the treatment you need to achieve your health goals. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

If you prefer self-payment, please inquire about the affordable self-pay options that we make available to our patients.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, it’s no problem. We ask that you just provide us with at least a 24 hour advanced notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A $10 fee will be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
