Here’s what you get.

1. The Make a Switch Handbook and Recipe Guide. The Program Guide walks you through the Program, step by step. It covers all of the necessities and more.  It is an extensive booklet that is filled with everything you need to know from start to finish to both get and keep the weight off!
2. The supplement. A complete 30-day supply of our homeopathic supplement. With any weight loss program, there is the challenge of three things: Hunger, appetite, and cravings.
3. Facebook Membership. You will have access to our closed Make a Switch Members Facebook page. Watch videos, ask questions, and chat with other Switch members.
4. Bio Impedance Analysis. (optional) This is for those that would like to schedule an office appointment to have the following measurements evaluated: Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Hydration, Nutritional Level, Toxicity Level, Basal Metabolic Rate, and Body Mass Index.  Bio Impedance is found in the Learning Center.

Here’s what you will need.

1. Glucose and Ketone Monitor. These can be found on Amazon or your preferred retail location. Exactly what they are and how they are used are explained in the Learning Center. I recommend the kit off of Amazon here
2. Fat Loss Monitor. This too can be found on Amazon or your preferred retail location. What it is and how it is used are also explained in the Learning Center. I recommend the one off of Amazon here
3. Food scale. You can pick one up at Target, Walmart, Bed/Bath, etc.
