In order to lose weight, you have to Make a Switch. What does that mean? You have to make a switch mentality, physically, and also chemically. That chemical switch is going from sugar burner to fat burner. Because you don’t really want to lose weight, you want to lose fat! And in order to lose fat, you have to burn it as energy instead of sugar. Many people may know what good nutrition is, but they struggle, and rightfully so, on how to put it together in a way to lose weight. In a way that puts the body in a continuous fat burning mode, known as “ketosis”. Switch your body from sugar burner to fat burner and you just took the first step in a successful journey.

  • When do I eat? Eat at a time that enhances the fat burning process.
  • How much do I eat? Determine the pace by your calorie intake.
