Among the topics most enjoyable to talk about in practice is exercise. Too many people look at exercise in a negative way, so they don’t do it. Too many Americans are not wearing out… they are rusting out. One of the best indicators of aging is a loss of muscle tissue, meaning the most effective anti-aging approach is to build muscle. And most people don’t realize, there are two types of skeletal muscle.

Most people don’t realize, there are two types of skeletal muscle, aerobic and anaerobic muscles.

Aerobic muscles are the joint stabilizing muscles in the body. They are your postural muscles. They are your endurance muscles. And they are your fat burning muscles.
Anaerobic muscles are the superficial, sexy muscles. They are the easily fatigued muscles. They are the sugar burning muscles. And they are the quick burst of energy muscles.
This program emphasizes the importance of developing joint stabilizing and postural muscles first and other muscles after. This is not a program that will get you “beach ready” the fastest. This is an approach to exercise that can be enjoyed for a lifetime. By creating a solid foundation, you make your workouts safer and therapeutic. The best part about it is workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home.
